Principais responsabilidades:

  • Preparar cronograma de treinamento, programação de treinamento e convocações ou convites para treinandos, enviando material para as respectivas unidades ou setores da empresa;
  • Organizar o local dos treinamentos, preparando todos os recursos necessários para o instrutor e treinandos;
  • Preparar material didático, como apostilas, apresentações, certificados e lista de presença;
  • Separar e buscar os materiais utilizados nos treinamentos, bem como organizar o lanche e café para os participantes;
  • Fazer controle de presença de treinandos nos cursos, fazendo anotações em registros próprios ou utilizando sistema de computador;
  • Manter controles e banco de dados sobre atividades e treinamentos ministrados, atualizando os dados cadastrais dos funcionários no que se relaciona a treinamento;
  • Fazer a inscrição de participantes em cursos externos, tomando as providências relacionadas com datas, transporte, despesas e fornecendo as informações necessárias aos participantes;
  • Manter atualizadas as informações e histórico treinamento;
  • Ministrar treinamentos;
  • Dentre outras atividades;
  • Graduação completa ou em andamento em Psicologia, Pedagogia, Gestão de RH, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em treinamento e desenvolvimento;
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de instrução e facilitação de treinamentos presenciais;
  • Boa habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente;
  • Espírito colaborativo e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Domínio das ferramentas do pacote Office.
