Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest strategische und operative Projekte im Operations-Bereich end-to-end: von der Problemanalyse über Konzept und Business Case bis zur Umsetzung und Erfolgsmessung.
  • Du findest datenbasiert die Hebel für mehr Prozesseffizienz, niedrigere Kosten und höhere Qualität – und setzt die abgeleiteten Maßnahmen selbst um.
  • Du konzipierst Automatisierungen und KI-Lösungen für operative Prozesse und bringst sie gemeinsam mit Product & Data live.
  • Du baust Dashboards und Reporting-Strukturen auf und entwickelst sie weiter, damit Entscheidungen auf Zahlen basieren.
  • Du bereitest interne und externe Meetings und Workshops vor, moderierst sie und erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Operations-Leitung, den Regional Leads, unserem Bewerter-Team und der Disposition zusammen.
  • Du packst im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit an: Wenn ein Prozess hakt, findest du die Ursache, löst das Problem schnell und sorgst dafür, dass es nicht wiederkommt.

Was du mitbringst

  • 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Start-up, Scale-up oder in der Beratung – idealerweise mit Bezug zu Operations
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einem quantitativen Fach
  • Ergebnisse, die du belegen kannst: Du hast in unterschiedlichen Projekten Lösungen umgesetzt und weißt, was sie gebracht haben
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit KI und Automatisierung: Du hast eigene Workflows oder Apps gebaut, Konnektoren genutzt und weißt, was ein MCP ist – mit konkreten Use Cases, die du zeigen kannst
  • Analytisches Denken und ein sicherer Umgang mit Daten
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Strategie und Tagesgeschäft gehören für dich zusammen
  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und Englisch auf mindestens B2-Niveau – du kannst auch auf Englisch präsentieren

  • Erste Erfahrung mit CRM- und BI-Tools wie Salesforce, Freshdesk oder Tableau
