Proporcionar uma experiência de atendimento encantadora ao cliente, atuando de forma consultiva e operacional.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar o acolhimento dos clientes com cordialidade, empatia e foco na experiência;
  • Efetuar a dispensação de fórmulas conforme procedimentos internos e boas práticas;
  • Atuar na promoção de vendas e reposição de produtos nas prateleiras;
  • Operar o caixa, incluindo abertura, recebimento e fechamento financeiro;
  • Garantir a organização, limpeza e manutenção da loja;
  • Apoiar na organização dos produtos em exposição, assegurando padrões visuais e comerciais;
  • Contribuir para um ambiente agradável e alinhado à proposta de encantamento ao cliente;
  • Seguir normas internas e diretrizes de qualidade e atendimento.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente (diferencial em farmácias ou varejo);
  • Conhecimento básico de operação de caixa;
  • Familiaridade com rotinas de organização de loja.

Competências técnicas (Hard Skills)

  • Operação de caixa (abertura, fechamento, conferência);
  • Noções de vendas e técnicas de abordagem;
  • Noções de organização de loja (visual merchandising básico);
  • Conhecimento básico de dispensação de fórmulas (ou capacidade de aprendizado rápido);
  • Informática básica (sistemas de venda/PDV).

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em farmácia de manipulação;
  • Vivência em atendimento premium/consultivo;
  • Conhecimento em produtos farmacêuticos ou dermocosméticos.
