Als Regiodirecteur Franchise draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het bouwen van een sterke visie voor de regio op korte, middellange en lange termijn. In overleg met de franchisepartners worden concrete actieplannen gedefinieerd om de winkels onder hun beheer verder te ontwikkelen. Het doel is om deze winkels dagelijks te ontwikkelen en te coachen om zo de rentabiliteit te optimaliseren. Daarbij staat het continu verbeteren van de samenwerking tussen Carrefour en de partners centraal, wat een garantie biedt voor maximale tevredenheid van de franchisenemers en hun klanten.

Taakomschrijving

  • Onderhouden van permanent contact met franchisepartners om in te spelen op hun behoeften en hun tevredenheid continu te meten.
  • Fungeren als bevoorrechte adviseur voor partners bij persoonlijke moeilijkheden alsook bij juridische, commerciële en financiële vraagstukken.
  • Zorgen voor een optimale wisselwerking tussen het Service Center en de franchisenemers om zo de verleende diensten te verbeteren.
  • Evalueren van de contractnaleving en waken over operationele uitmuntendheid, zoals het respecteren van inplantingsplannen, productaanbod en promoties.
  • Coachen en ondersteunen van de franchisenemer in het commerciële vakmanschap en bij het behalen van de vooropgestelde doelstellingen.
  • Begeleiden van de franchisepartner bij het beheer en de optimalisatie van de economische en financiële prestaties en kostenbeheersing.
  • Voorbereiden, analyseren en trimestrieel animeren van een business review met de toegewezen partners.
  • Opvolgen van de schuldgraad van de partners en het verzekeren van een continue invordering van schuldvorderingen doorheen het jaar.
  • Organiseren van vier jaarlijkse overlegmomenten met de franchisepartners om een duurzame vertrouwensrelatie op te bouwen.
  • Valideren en begeleiden van nieuwe franchisekandidaten en proactief bijdragen aan het succes van winkelvernieuwingen en expansieprojecten.
  • Een sterke commerciële ervaring binnen een winkelomgeving is noodzakelijk voor deze functie.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen helpt bij het accuraat interpreteren van gegevens en resultaten.
  • Flexibiliteit en een uitgesproken klantgerichtheid vormen de basis van een succesvolle samenwerking.
  • Impact, invloed en voldoende zelfvertrouwen dragen bij aan daadkrachtige besluitvorming en effectief overleg.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in planning, organisatie en synthese blijken essentieel voor het behouden van overzicht.
  • Resultaatgerichtheid typeren de ideale kandidaat bij het nastreven van de vooropgestelde doelen.
  • Het vermogen om succesvol samen te werken en zelfstandig de nodige informatie op te zoeken is onmisbaar.
  • Bereidheid tot frequente professionele verplaatsingen als rondreizend medewerker (ongeveer 20.000 km) vormt een vast onderdeel van de rol.
