Na AGE Fibra, cuidar da nossa infraestrutura também é cuidar das pessoas que utilizam nossos espaços todos os dias.Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Infraestrutura Predial para atuar na manutenção, conservação e organização das instalações da empresa, garantindo ambientes seguros e em boas condições de funcionamento.No dia a dia, essa pessoa atuará com manutenções preventivas e corretivas, pintura, pequenos reparos de alvenaria, hidráulica, apoio em instalações elétricas, montagem de mobiliários e inspeções prediais. Transformação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva da infraestrutura predial;Realizar serviços de pintura, preparação de superfícies e retoques;Executar pequenos reparos de alvenaria, paredes, reboco, pisos e revestimentos;Realizar montagem, desmontagem, movimentação e instalação de móveis, estações de trabalho e prateleiras;Executar pequenos reparos hidráulicos, como correções em torneiras, válvulas, sifões e pontos de água;Apoiar atividades relacionadas às instalações elétricas e pontos de energia, quando devidamente capacitado e autorizado;Realizar inspeções periódicas para identificar necessidades de manutenção e conservação;Apoiar a manutenção dos sistemas de iluminação, drenagem e demais instalações prediais;Organizar e transportar ferramentas, equipamentos e materiais;Registrar serviços executados, ocorrências e materiais utilizados;Acompanhar serviços realizados por empresas terceirizadas;Identificar e comunicar situações de risco ou falhas que possam comprometer a segurança;Utilizar corretamente os EPIs e cumprir as normas de Segurança do Trabalho;Zelar pela organização e conservação das áreas técnicas, ferramentas e equipamentosRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Curso Técnico em Eletrotécnica;Experiência com atividades de manutenção, conservação ou reparos prediais;Conhecimentos em manutenção predial preventiva e corretiva;Noções de instalações elétricas e hidráulicas;Conhecimentos básicos de alvenaria, pintura e acabamentos;Conhecimento e uso seguro de ferramentas manuais e elétricas;Noções de Segurança do Trabalho e utilização de EPIs;Organização, responsabilidade e atenção às normas de segurança. Será um diferencialExperiência em manutenção predial em empresas de médio ou grande porte;Conhecimento em controle de materiais e ferramentas;Conhecimento do Pacote Office ou ferramentas digitais para registro de ordens de serviço e relatórios.Informações adicionais
