Empresa especializada na fabricação de trailers, reboques e soluções personalizadas, está em busca de um Gerente de Produção para liderar e coordenar suas operações industriais.

Buscamos um profissional com visão sistêmica, experiência em gestão de produção e forte capacidade de liderança, que seja responsável por integrar os setores produtivos, otimizar processos e assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos, padrões de qualidade e especificações técnicas dos projetos.

O profissional terá atuação estratégica e operacional, acompanhando todas as etapas da fabricação dos trailers, garantindo produtividade, eficiência e excelência na entrega dos produtos.

Principais atividades

  • Gerenciar e coordenar todas as etapas e setores envolvidos na fabricação dos trailers;
  • Planejar, organizar e acompanhar o cronograma de produção, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Supervisionar os processos de fabricação, incluindo estruturas metálicas, montagem, instalações elétricas e hidráulicas, acabamentos e demais etapas produtivas;
  • Liderar, orientar e desenvolver as equipes de produção, distribuindo atividades e acompanhando o desempenho dos colaboradores;
  • Garantir a integração e comunicação entre os setores, evitando atrasos, falhas operacionais e retrabalhos;
  • Monitorar o andamento dos projetos, assegurando o cumprimento das especificações técnicas e dos padrões de qualidade;
  • Acompanhar a disponibilidade de materiais, equipamentos e recursos necessários à produção;
  • Identificar gargalos produtivos e implementar melhorias para aumentar a produtividade e reduzir desperdícios;
  • Estabelecer e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, como produtividade, cumprimento de prazos, qualidade e retrabalho;
  • Garantir a organização do ambiente produtivo e o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho;
  • Realizar inspeções e acompanhar a qualidade dos produtos durante as etapas de fabricação e finalização;
  • Reportar à direção os resultados da produção, dificuldades operacionais e oportunidades de melhoria.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo, desejável formação técnica ou superior em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada em gestão de produção industrial e liderança de equipes;
  • Conhecimento em planejamento, programação e controle da produção (PCP);
  • Capacidade de gerenciar diferentes setores e processos produtivos simultaneamente;
  • Conhecimento em processos de fabricação, montagem e acabamento de produtos industriais;
  • Familiaridade com indicadores de produtividade, qualidade e controle de prazos;
  • Conhecimento em informática e ferramentas de controle e acompanhamento da produção;
  • Habilidade para resolução de problemas, tomada de decisão e gestão de prioridades;
  • Comunicação clara, organização, proatividade e foco em resultados.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em processos de soldagem, montagem estrutural, instalações elétricas e hidráulicas;
  • Vivência com metodologias de melhoria contínua, 5S, Lean Manufacturing e gestão de indicadores;
  • CNH categoria D.

Horário de trabalho

  • Segunda a sexta-feira, das 7h às 17h, com intervalo das 11h45 às 13h.
