Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engaging with business customers and clients and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
- Provide superior customer service to our customers.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage in verbal and written communications on detailed materials and orders.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Requires forklift driving and handling to load and unload product.
- Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)
- Works closely with internal customers
- Upholds environmental health and safety standards.
- Follows safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive workspace.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience
- Experience in the HVAC or similar industry supporting parts and material is preferred, but not required
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
- Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers
- Pre-employment Background and Drug Screen required for all hires
