  • Create illustrations and renderings in the form of plans, elevations, and perspectives for presentations to clients, public, and governmental/city agencies.
  • Develop and document project design in the form of construction drawings including plans, sections, elevations, wall sections, schedules, and details.
  • Coordinate project design with consultants including landscape, structural, mechanical, civil, code, and waterproofing consultants.
  • Interface with clients through meetings and presentations while supporting project coordination and communication.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of project deliverables within a collaborative team environment.

Your Qualifications

  • Knowledge of code requirements
  • Ability to interpret specifications and layouts
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Technology Interface

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
