(Praha)Kam poslat: Nikolai Nepomniashchii, e-mail: <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>Kdo nahlásil: Nikolai Nepomniashchii, e-mail: <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> Upřesňující informace:o Správa přiděleného portfolia zákaznických účtů a aktivní realizace činností zaměřených na vymáhání pohledávek. o Kontaktování zákazníků telefonicky, e-mailem a prostřednictvím online schůzek za účelem zajištění včasné úhrady neuhrazených faktur. o Sledování a správa po splatnosti vedených účtů, včetně zajištění odpovídajících navazujících kroků. o Kontrola a analýza reportů stáří pohledávek (aging reports) za účelem identifikace priorit pro inkaso a potenciálních rizik. o Evidence a správa platebních příslibů zákazníků a dohod o termínech úhrady. o Zjišťování důvodů platebních prodlení a spolupráce se zákazníky při řešení vzniklých problémů. o Spolupráce s týmy Sales, Customer Service, Credit a Finance při odstraňování překážek bránících úspěšnému inkasu pohledávek. o Příprava pravidelných reportů o pohledávkách po splatnosti, výkonnosti inkasa, trendech stáří pohledávek a riziku nedobytných pohledávek. o Podpora procesů přezkumu nedobytných pohledávek, jejich odpisů a eskalace případů vymáhání podle potřeby. o Vedení přesné dokumentace o aktivitách spojených s inkasem, komunikaci se zákazníky, reklamacích/sporech a splátkových kalendářích v interních systémech společnosti. o Účast na měsíčních uzávěrkových aktivitách souvisejících s pohledávkami (Accounts Receivable) a reportingem inkasa. o Podpora iniciativ zaměřených na průběžné zlepšování procesů s cílem snížit objem pohledávek po splatnosti a zvýšit efektivitu vymáhání. o Dodržování firemních směrnic, interních kontrolních mechanismů a finančních procesů..Výhody:o Stravenky - 150 Kč/den (příspěvek zaměstnavatele 82 Kč)o Multisport kartao Roční příspěvek na dovolenou (Flexi pass - poukázky) ve výši 1000 Kč měsíčně (2000 Kč v prosinci)o Měsíční příspěvek na penzijní nebo životní pojištění nebo zdravotní péči ve výši 2 000 Kč (po 3 měsících od nástupu do zaměstnání)o 5 týdnů dovolené, což je 1 týden navíc k nároku na dovolenou dle českého zákoníku práceo 5 dnů osobního volna
