The posting

• Vést návrh a architekturu řešení SAP Ariba napříč jednotlivými moduly (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance a Ariba Network) a zajišťovat jejich soulad s podnikovými standardy a strategií nákupu.• Působit jako nejvyšší technický eskalační bod pro komplexní problémy napříč moduly i systémy, vést detailní analýzu hlavních příčin problémů a zajišťovat jejich trvalé odstranění.• Navrhovat, vyvíjet, konfigurovat a spravovat řešení SAP Ariba, včetně vlastních formulářů, schvalovacích workflow, správy katalogů, obchodních pravidel a reportingu.• Vést návrh, implementaci a podporu integrací mezi SAP Ariba a ERP systémy (SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC) prostřednictvím CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), middleware a API rozhraní; stanovovat integrační standardy a monitoring.• Převzít odpovědnost za řešení kritických eskalací vůči dodavateli SAP a řídit strategickou spolupráci s dodavatelem v oblasti problémů platformy, rozšíření funkcionalit a souladu s produktovou roadmapou.• Řídit kompletní proces čtvrtletních aktualizací SAP Ariba, včetně vyhodnocení dopadů nových verzí, nastavení regresního testování, koordinace komunikace se stakeholdery a řízení adopce změn.• Spolupracovat s týmy nákupu, financí a dalšími obchodními partnery na určování priorit rozvoje systému a převádět obchodní strategii do technické roadmapy a plánu realizace.• Vést významné projekty zaměřené na rozvoj systému, upgrady a implementace nových řešení, včetně návrhu řešení, upřesnění požadavků, konfigurace, testovací strategie a řízení nasazení.• Podporovat kontinuální zlepšování platformy SAP Ariba prostřednictvím automatizace, samoléčicích mechanismů (self-heal), monitoringu, snižování počtu incidentů a optimalizace celkových nákladů na vlastnictví.• Mentorovat a rozvíjet juniorní vývojáře a support analytiky, vést odborné revize, nastavovat standardy pro vývoj a konfiguraci a posilovat kompetence týmu.• Vytvářet a udržovat technickou dokumentaci, architektonické diagramy, provozní postupy (runbooky) a znalostní bázi; podporovat servisní a podpůrné týmy.• Zajišťovat soulad všech řešení a integrací SAP Ariba s požadavky na change management, SOX, bezpečnostní standardy a auditní požadavky
