Wij zijn op zoek naar een meewerkende enthousiaste teamleider voor onze carrosserie te Dendermonde.

Je werkt mee met een klein team van jonge carrossiers. Je motiveert en begeleidt elke carrossier bij zijn werkzaamheden. Naast het delen van je kennis, kijk je toe op de uitvoer van het werk en controleer je het eindresultaat. Samen met het team kom je tot mooie resultaten.

  • anderen kan beïnvloeden en die bijdraagt aan een goede teamgeest;
  • voor jezelf de nadruk legt op gestructureerd, veilig en kwalitatief werken;
  • er geen een moeite mee heeft om constructieve feedback te geven aan je collega's;
  • weet hoe je de werkplaats moet organiseren om de job tijdig gedaan te krijgen;
  • de nieuwe trends in carrosseriewerk volgt.

Je kan onze carrosserie te Dendermonde binnen de 30 minuten bereiken per wagen. Zo houd je extra vrije tijd over na het werk.

Je bent beschikbaar tussen 07u30 en 18u00, compensaties in tijd zijn voorzien om te komen tot een 40 uren week.

Je hebt ongeveer 10 jaar ervaring in het technische aspect en een goed beeld van een rendabele carrosserie.

Je bent een leider en motivator.
