Für unseren Betrieb in Weinfelden suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Technik, Kundenkontakt und Organisation miteinander verbindet. Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden und begleitest Aufträge vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe und Abrechnung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Kundenempfang, Auftragsannahme und laufende Kundenkommunikation für Werkstatt\-, Karosserie\- und Lackierarbeiten
  • Schadenaufnahme und grobe Schadenbeurteilung; Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Offerten, bei Bedarf zusammen mit den Fachspezialisten in der Werkstatt
  • Koordination der Aufträge bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe sowie Abrechnung und Rechnungsstellung
  • Komplette Abwicklung unserer Autovermietung: Beratung, Verfügbarkeitsprüfung, Reservation, Mietvertrag, Übergabe, Rücknahme und Verrechnung nach Zeit und Kilometern
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung beim zukünftigen Ausbau unseres Werkstatt\-Kundendienstes und der Autovermietung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Technische Grundausbildung oder fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Automobilbereich – z. B. als Automobilmechaniker/in, Automobil\-Mechatroniker/in, Carrosseriespengler/in, Karosseriespengler/in oder Lackierer/in
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Schadenbeurteilung, Karosserie oder Lack
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie ein freundliches, verbindliches und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und ein sicherer Umgang mit administrativen Aufgaben
