Buscamos um(a) profissional comunicativo(a), organizado(a) e com perfil de negociação para atuar na recuperação de crédito, realizando contato com clientes, prestando atendimento de qualidade e buscando soluções para regularização de pendências financeiras.

Principais Atividades

  • Realizar contato ativo e receptivo com clientes para negociação de débitos;
  • Emitir boletos e acordos de pagamento;
  • Registrar atendimentos e negociações em sistema;
  • Acompanhar promessas de pagamento;
  • Esclarecer dúvidas sobre contratos, cobranças e formas de pagamento;
  • Contribuir para o alcance das metas da equipe;
  • Manter um atendimento cordial, ético e focado na resolução dos casos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Facilidade para negociação e atendimento ao cliente;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática;
  • Organização, proatividade e foco em resultados.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência na área de cobrança, telemarketing ou atendimento ao cliente;
  • Vivência com negociação de inadimplência;
