Principais Atividades:

  • Redação de petições simples e recursos;
  • Acompanhamento de processos administrativos e judiciais;
  • Apoio na gestão de prazos, relatórios e sistemas de clientes;
  • Contato com órgãos judiciais e administrativos (agendamento de despachos, emissão de guias, protocolos).

Pré-requisitos:

  • Cursando Direito a partir do 4º semestre;
  • Conhecimentos de Processo Civil;
  • Pacote Office (especialmente Word e Excel);
  • Disponibilidade para estagiar 6h no turno da tarde;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas eletrônicos de processos judiciais (ESAJ, PROJUDI, EPROC e PJE).

O que esperamos de você:

  • Organização;
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Comprometimento e senso de responsabilidade;
  • Interesse no aprendizado e em crescer com o time.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em contencioso cível;
  • Conhecimento e interesse em arbitragem;
  • Vivência prévia em escritório de advocacia;
  • Prévio contato com sistemas de controle de processos (CPJ, E-Law, PROJURIS).
