We value people who are collaborative, accountable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership. We operate in a dynamic environment where priorities can evolve quickly, and we look for team members who can balance attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who enjoys working across functional areas and taking ownership of both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational requirements. The Director will manage CarverBeth's government contracts and contractual relationships, strengthen compliance and internal processes, provide leadership to assigned corporate administrative staff, and help build scalable business practices as the company continues to grow.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities in a dynamic, small-business federal contracting environment.
