  • Perfekt – dann suchen wir genau dich! Als Sales & Rental Assistant bist du das Gesicht von CarVia vor Ort in der BMW Welt. Du sprichst Besucher aktiv an, erklärst unser Carsharing- und Mietangebot und sorgst dafür, dass jede Fahrzeugübergabe zu einem besonderen Erlebnis wird.

DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS

Aktive Kundenansprache & Sales: Du gehst aktiv auf Besucher der BMW Welt zu, präsentierst unsere Mobilitätslösungen und begeisterst potenzielle Kunden für unser Carsharing und Vermietung.

Unterstützung bei App & Fahrzeugnutzung: Du hilfst Kunden bei Fragen zur CarVia App, Registrierung oder Bedienung und bist erste Ansprechperson vor Ort.

Begleitung des gesamten Kundenerlebnisses: Von der ersten Beratung über die Registrierung bis hin zur Fahrzeugübergabe und Rücknahme – du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Operative Unterstützung rund um die Flotte: Du parkst Fahrzeuge um und unterstützt bei Transfers – von Einsätzen in und um München bis hin zu gelegentlichen Fahrten ins Ausland. Dabei erlebst du unsere Premiumflotte auch selbst hautnah.

Qualität & Fahrzeugpflege: Du überprüfst Fahrzeuge auf Schäden, kümmerst dich um Sauberkeit und stellst sicher, dass jedes Fahrzeug dem Premiumanspruch von CarVia entspricht.

SO ÜBERZEUGST DU

  • Du bist kommunikativ, offen und gehst gerne aktiv auf Menschen zu
  • Erste Erfahrung im Verkauf, Promotion, Kundenservice, Gastronomie oder Tourismus ist ein Plus
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereit vor allem an Sonn- und Feiertagen zu arbeiten.
  • Leidenschaft für Premiumfahrzeuge (insbesondere BMW) und Mobilität ist von Vorteil
  • PKW-Führerschein Klasse B
