Hvem søger vi?

Vi søger engagerede danseinstruktører, der har lyst til at undervise på vores dansehold og blive en del af et kreativt, mangfoldigt og inkluderende dansehus.

Vi søger både instruktører til børne- og ungdomshold og undervisere, der har lyst til at arbejde med voksne. Du kan søge, uanset om du har mange års undervisningserfaring eller er en dygtig danser, der gerne vil prøve kræfter med at undervise.

Undervisningen kan bestå af faste ugentlige hold samt workshops og events.

Hvilke dansestilarter søger vi?

Vi vil især gerne udvide vores tilbud inden for:

  • K-pop
  • Hiphop, Pop Commercial og lignende
  • MGP-dans, TikTok dans og kids dance

Vi er også interesserede i undervisere inden for eksempelvis salsa, bachata, kizomba, UrbanKiz, twerk, burlesque, pole, pole flow og West Coast Swing.

Har du en anden dansestil, du brænder for, hører vi også meget gerne fra dig.

Hvad forventer vi af dig?

  • Du har erfaring med dans og lyst til at formidle din danseglæde.
  • Du kan skabe et trygt, sjovt og motiverende undervisningsmiljø.
  • Du er ansvarsbevidst og god til at møde deltagere i øjenhøjde.
  • Du har lyst til at bidrage til et fællesskab med plads til forskellige mennesker og niveauer.

Du behøver ikke nødvendigvis at være uddannet instruktør. Vi tilbyder sparring og støtte, så du kan udvikle dig i rollen.

Arbejdstid og løn

Vi søger især instruktører til eftermiddage og aftener, men der er også mulighed for undervisning i dagtimerne og weekenderne.

Timetallet aftales i fællesskab og kan variere fra sæson til sæson. Løn aftales ud fra alder, erfaring og undervisningstype efter foreningens gældende retningslinjer.
