Mit einem kompetenten und motivierten Team stellen wir die professionelle Bewirtschaftung von Mietliegenschaften sowie Stockwerk\- und Miteigentümergemeinschaften sicher. Unsere grosszügigen Büroräumlichkeiten befinden sich an zentraler Lage in Thun. Zur Verstärkung suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Immobilienbuchhalter:in. Aufgabengebiet Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse für die von uns betreuten Mietliegenschaften, Stockwerk\- und Miteigentümergemeinschaften Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der jährlichen Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen Mitarbeit bei der Führung der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen Begleitung der Revisionen Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs Debitoren\- und Kreditorenmanagement Mahnwesen inkl.
