Estamos buscando um Representante Comercial para integrar nossa equipe.

O representante Comerncial é responsável pela prospecção, negociação e vendas de esquadrias de alumínio e PVC para clientes do setor da construção civil, arquitetura, engenharia e revendedores. Atua na construção de relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes e parceiros, visando ampliar a presença da empresa no mercado e atingir as metas comerciais estabelecidas.

  • Prospectar novos clientes e oportunidades de negócios para esquadrias de alumínio e PVC; Realizar visitas técnicas e comerciais a clientes, oferecendo soluções personalizadas;
  • Apresentar e detalhar os produtos da empresa, com ênfase em características técnicas, vantagens e benefícios;
  • Negociar condições comerciais, prazos, preços e contratos de fornecimento;
  • Acompanhar o ciclo de vendas, desde o primeiro contato até o fechamento do pedido e acompanhamento pós-venda;
  • Desenvolver e manter um relacionamento sólido com clientes e parceiros comerciais (construtoras, arquitetos, engenheiros, lojas de materiais de construção, etc.);
  • Realizar apresentações e treinamentos sobre produtos para clientes e prospects;
  • Colaborar com a equipe interna de vendas e orçamentos para garantir a conformidade das propostas e prazos de entrega;
  • Monitorar o mercado e a concorrência, trazendo informações e insights para a equipe comercial;
  • Acompanhar a evolução das metas de vendas e reportar resultados à liderança.

PRÉ-REQUISITO

  • Ensino Médio completo (desejável Ensino Superior em áreas como Administração, Engenharia, Arquitetura ou afins);
  • Habilidade em negociações comerciais e fechamento de vendas;
  • Experiência comprovada em vendas externas, preferencialmente no setor de esquadrias, construção civil ou produtos técnicos; (diferencial)
  • Conhecimento básico dos produtos e sistemas de esquadrias de alumínio e PVC (tipos, componentes e suas aplicações); (diferencial)
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas a clientes em diferentes regiões;
  • Domínio de ferramentas de CRM e pacote Office.
