Responsável pela execução de conciliações complexas, pela validação rigorosa de saldos contábeis e pela identificação de oportunidades de automação de processos. A função requer domínio aprofundado dos CPCs, visão analítica sobre os registros contábeis e habilidade para realizar análises consistentes para dar suporte à tomada de decisões da liderança.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e validar conciliações de contas estratégicas e de alta exigência técnica, com destaque para operações de hedge, combinações de negócios e transações envolvendo moedas funcionais distintas.Analisar criticamente saldos e movimentações, identificando divergências e garantindo as devidas justificativas, tratativas e correções.Atuar de forma diligente no fechamento contábil mensal e anual, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e apoiando a estruturação das demonstrações financeiras.Atender às demandas de auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo documentação suporte, composições de saldos e fundamentação técnica sobre os procedimentos adotados.Atuar como multiplicador de conhecimentos e boas práticas.Mapear proativamente oportunidades de melhoria, propondo automações e participando ativamente de projetos de TI, visando elevar a eficiência, a segurança e a qualidade dos processos contábeis.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis com registro no CRC.Sólida vivência em rotinas de fechamento contábil societário em empresas de médio ou grande porte, com atuação direta em conciliações de alta complexidade.Domínio aprofundado de pronunciamentos contábeis (CPCs e IFRS).Vivência em sistemas integrados (ERP).Conhecimento avançado em Excel.Experiência prática na automação de rotinas contábeis e eliminação de tarefas manuais.Informações adicionaisVantagens para vocêPacote de benefícios competitivos;Oportunidades de aprendizado e desenvolvimento.Valorizamos a privacidade e a segurança dos dados de todos os candidatos.
