Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Pleno para integrar a área de Operações - Backoffice. Nesta posição, sua missão principal será, atuar na execução, análise e gestão dos processos operacionais de comercialização de energia elétrica, incluindo registros e modelagem de contratos, cadastros e manutenção de agentes na CCEE, faturamento, obrigações regulatórias e gestão de ativos. Contribuir para o cumprimento de prazos, a conformidade dos processos, a elaboração de relatórios, a automatização de rotinas e a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria contínua, em interface com as áreas internas e agentes externos. Desempenhando um papel fundamental para controle e organização da área. Se você busca protagonismo, desenvolvimento contínuo e quer construir um legado no setor elétrico, confira os detalhes abaixo e venha conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e acompanhar os processos de registro de contratos de energia no mercado atacadista e varejista, incluindo registros antecipados, repasses indiretos e modulações.Realizar e acompanhar processos de adesão, modelagem e manutenção de agentes, comercializadoras, SPEs e demais ativos na CCEE.Gerenciar cadastros e atualizações de BPs, fornecedores, agentes, ativos, SCDE e cadastros relacionados à APE e ao PGDA.Acompanhar processos de faturamento, obrigações da CCEE, Proinfa, ACR, leilões e demais rotinas operacionais e regulatórias.Executar atividades relacionadas à classificação de comercializadoras, Realizar análises de reajustes de preços, sazonalização, arrendamento re_tusd, acompanhamento mensal e controle. Elaborar, atualizar e analisar relatórios gerenciais e operacionais, e controles de ativos.Organização, rastreabilidade e consistência das informações.Desenvolver estudos, propor melhorias e apoiar a automatização de processos, visando aumentar a eficiência operacional, reduzir riscos e minimizar falhas.Interagir com as áreas internas e agentes externos para alinhamento de informações, resolução de pendências e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e contribuir para o aprimoramento contínuo das rotinas da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento das regras, procedimentos e processos operacionais da CCEE.Experiência com plataformas e sistemas de comercialização de energia elétrica.Conhecimento em registros de contratos, modelagem de ativos, adesão e manutenção de agentes na CCEE.Domínio do Ferramentas Google.Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com boa capacidade de resolução de problemas.Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e facilidade de interação com diferentes áreas.Capacidade de gerenciar demandas simultâneas, cumprir prazos e identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos.
