Responsável por gerenciar o cronograma de fechamento contábil da Companhia. A função exige a liderança técnica e operacional da equipe na execução de análises de contas, validações de saldos patrimoniais e oferecer suporte na elaboração das demonstrações financeiras dentro dos prazos estipulados. O objetivo do cargo é assegurar a conformidade societária e a integridade das informações contábeis, além de promover o desenvolvimento contínuo da equipe do setor.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar o cronograma de fechamento mensal e anual, garantindo a conclusão tempestiva dos balancetes.Desenvolver a equipe de analistas e assistentes contábeis, distribuindo demandas e assegurando a qualidade e eficiência dos trabalhos.Garantir a correta aplicação das normas contábeis vigentes (CPCs / IFRS) e práticas contábeis adotadas no Brasil.Responsável pela validação, geração e entrega da ECD, garantindo o cruzamento com os saldos do balanço.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos contábeis, propondo e implementando soluções para aumentar a eficiência e a qualidade do trabalho.Interagir com outras áreas da empresa para obter informações, esclarecer dúvidas e garantir a integração dos processos.Participar de projetos multidisciplinares que envolvam a área contábil.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis com registro no CRC.Domínio das normas brasileiras e internacionais de contabilidade (CPCs e IFRS).Sólida experiência comprovada em rotinas puramente contábeis (foco em fechamento e conciliações contábeis).Pacote Office avançado (Excel mandatório para análises de grandes bases de dados).Experiência prática na automação de rotinas contábeis e eliminação de tarefas manuais.Experiência com ERPInformações adicionaisVantagens para vocêPacote de benefícios competitivos;Oportunidades de aprendizado e desenvolvimento.Valorizamos a privacidade e a segurança dos dados de todos os candidatos.
