Casa Hospital San Juan de Dios se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Referente de Atencion al Publico- para el area de Laboratorio, en nuestra sede de Ramos Mejía.

Sus principales responsabilidades son:

  • Organizar, planificar y supervisar las tareas diarias del sector.
  • Capacitar e instruir al personal a cargo en la correcta ejecución de sus funciones.
  • Controlar ausencias, licencias y cambios de turno para reasignar tareas, reestructurar la cobertura y notificar novedades.
  • Evacuar dudas y brindar soporte continuo al equipo de Atención al Público.
  • Gestionar de forma integral los reclamos ingresados por mesa de entrada.
  • Analizar y resolver inconvenientes administrativos de pacientes internados y ambulatorios.
  • Interpretar órdenes médicas y comprender la dinámica de los estudios y prácticas de laboratorio.
  • Preparar y auditar la documentación/información administrativa para asegurar su correcto envío al área de Facturación.
  • Mantener comunicación fluida con técnicos, bioquímicos y laboratorios/proveedores tercerizados para coordinar gestiones y muestras.

Requisitos

Requisitos para la posición:

  • Estudiantes o recibidos en carreras como Relaciones Publicas, Adinistracion de empresas, Comunicacion Social y afines.
  • Experiencia en posiciones similares, en el sector de laboratorio, al menos un año.
  • Buena comunicación y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Disponibilidad horaria Turno Mañana de Lunes a viernes de 08 a 16hs y sabados de 08 a 12hs
