Este profissional é responsável por lidar com consultas, reclamações e garantir que os clientes tenham uma experiência positiva e contínua com os produtos ou serviços da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento ao Cliente: Receber e responder consultas dos clientes relacionadas aos produtos ou serviços.Fornecer assistência técnica e orientação sobre o uso adequado dos produtos.Gestão de Reclamações:Lidar com reclamações de clientes de forma proativa e eficiente.Registrar e documentar todas as reclamações para análise e melhoria contínua.Follow-up pós-venda:Entrar em contato com os clientes após a compra para garantir sua satisfação.Realizar pesquisas de satisfação e compilar feedback para relatórios.Treinamento do Cliente:Fornecer treinamento básico sobre o uso adequado dos produtos, se necessário.Elaborar materiais educativos para ajudar os clientes a tirar o máximo proveito dos produtos.Colaboração Interna:Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os departamentos de vendas, marketing e suporte técnico.Compartilhar informações relevantes sobre as necessidades e expectativas dos clientes.Análise de Dados:Coletar e analisar dados relacionados ao pós-venda para identificar áreas de melhoria.Contribuir para relatórios periódicos sobre o desempenho do pós-venda.Extrair, consolidar e tratar dados de diferentes sistemas (CRM, ERP, GOOGLE Drive e planilhas de acompanhamento);Desenvolver e atualizar dashboards e relatórios de performance da área de pós-vendas;Elaborar apresentações em PowerPoint para reuniões estratégicas e comitês de desempenho, consolidando informações de forma clara evisual;Manutenção de Registros:Manter registros precisos de interações com clientes e ações tomadas.Atualizar sistemas de CRM ou outros softwares relevantes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em áreas relacionadas, como Administração, Marketing ou áreas afins.Conhecimento básico de produtos ou serviços oferecidos pela empresa.Habilidades básicas em sistemas de CRM e software de atendimento ao cliente.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
