Ihre Aufgaben

  • Konstruktion und Ausdetaillierung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen mit SolidWorks (CAD \& PDM)
  • Selbständiges Erstellen fertigungsgerechter Zeichnungen nach ISO GPS
  • Technische Abklärungen mit unseren Fertigungspartnern zu Machbarkeit, Toleranzen und Herstellverfahren
  • Hands\-on beim Aufbau und Testen von Prototypen, Funktionsmustern und Versuchsaufbauten
  • Auslegungs\- und Toleranzberechnungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Entwicklungsingenieur/innen
  • Auswahl, Recherche und Datenpflege von Katalog\- und Normteile
  • Umsetzung von Konstruktionsänderungen– die Anforderungen der Medizintechnik lernst du bei uns kennen
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen für clevere und kostengünstige Lösungen
  • Optional: Übernahme von Aufgaben in der CAD/PDM\-Administration

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Konstrukteur/in EFZ, Technische/r Zeichner/in oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion, idealerweise in der Produktentwicklung (z. B. Maschinenbau, Feinwerktechnik oder Konsumgüter)
  • Erfahrung aus verschiedenen Projekten oder Produkten – vom Konzept bis zum gefertigten Teil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit 3D\-CAD, bevorzugt SolidWorks, sowie Erfahrung mit PDM\-Systemen
  • Fundiertes Wissen zu Toleranzen, Passungen und Zeichnungserstellung nach ISO GPS
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Fertigungsverfahren wie Zerspanung, Blechbearbeitung, 3D\-Druck oder Oberflächenbehandlungen
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
