O Grupo Deloc está em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Planejamento para atuar no suporte ao planejamento, controle e acompanhamento de projetos e contratos, com foco na organização de documentos técnicos, cumprimento de prazos e atendimento aos requisitos e procedimentos estabelecidos pela Vale.

Buscamos um profissional organizado, analítico, proativo e com facilidade para atuar junto às equipes de engenharia, operações e gestão contratual.

Principais atividades

  • Auxiliar no planejamento, organização e acompanhamento das etapas dos projetos e contratos;
  • Elaborar, atualizar e controlar cronogramas de execução, acompanhando prazos, entregas e pendências;
  • Organizar, conferir e controlar documentos técnicos, projetos, desenhos, relatórios e registros exigidos pela Vale;
  • Apoiar na elaboração e atualização de planilhas de controle, relatórios de avanço físico e indicadores;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento de pendências documentais, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Apoiar na elaboração e consolidação de Data Books, documentação as built, checklists e demais registros técnicos;
  • Controlar revisões, versões e aprovações de documentos e projetos;
  • Acompanhar fluxos de envio, análise, aprovação e arquivamento de documentos nos sistemas utilizados pelo contrato;
  • Auxiliar na interface entre engenharia, operação, planejamento e fiscalização da contratante;
  • Apoiar a preparação de reuniões de acompanhamento e relatórios gerenciais;
  • Garantir a organização e rastreabilidade das informações e documentos contratuais.

Requisitos

  • Formação técnica em Edificações, Mecânica, Eletrotécnica, Planejamento ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com planejamento, controle de projetos ou documentação técnica;
  • Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Excel;
  • Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de desenhos e documentos técnicos;
  • Familiaridade com elaboração e acompanhamento de cronogramas;
  • Boa organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de gerenciamento de prazos.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior em contratos ou operações da Vale;
  • Conhecimento em MS Project, AutoCAD e Power BI;
  • Vivência com sistemas de gestão documental, controle de revisões e aprovação de documentos técnicos;
  • Experiência com documentação de projetos industriais, montagem e manutenção;
  • Conhecimento sobre Data Book, as built e procedimentos de documentação técnica.
