We are proud to announce an exciting opportunity for a talented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Hagerstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, and contributing to our mission to reach out with our hearts and touch the hearts of others.

As one of the nation's largest providers of post-acute care, Hagerstown Nursing and Rehab offers a comprehensive range of services, including skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, long-term care centers, assisted living communities, independent rehabilitation centers, and long-term acute care hospitals (LTACH). Our family-owned company has been providing superior, comprehensive management services for the development and management of adult living communities since 1984.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Utilize strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Foster a positive, supportive environment, promoting a sense of community among residents, families, and staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually enhance our services and outcomes

Requirements

  • Must possess a current license as an LPN in the state of Maryland
  • 6-12 months of previous clinical experience, with Long Term Care experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
