Job Summary:

Westminster Nursing and Rehab, one of the nation's largest providers of post-acute care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! As a RN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading by example to inspire your team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team to success by providing exceptional patient care and setting a positive example
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ensure accurate documentation
  • Communicate effectively with all staff, customers, and families to build strong relationships
  • Encourage staff to be their best selves and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Be an Ambassador for our organization, embodying our values of excellence, empathy, and enthusiasm

Requirements:

  • Licensed Nurse in Maryland (MO)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Setting

What You'll Get:
