CAST Software est un éditeur de logiciels français, pionnier et leader mondial de la Software Intelligence, spécialisé dans l'analyse structurelle des applications et la mesure de la qualité des codes informatiques.

Pour accompagner l'évolution de notre système d'information et soutenir notre développement international, nous recherchons en CDI un(e) Ingénieur Infrastructure & Cloud Senior pour rejoindre notre équipe IT basée à Meudon (92).

Vous intégrerez notre équipe Infrastructure & Cloud, composée de 8 collaborateurs répartis entre la France, les États-Unis et l'Inde.

Notre mission ? Garantir la performance, la disponibilité et la sécurité des infrastructures IT de CAST et de ses 9 filiales internationales.

Notre environnement technique est riche et hybride : systèmes Windows, Linux, MacOS, infrastructures virtualisées sous VMware, réseaux et serveurs on-premise, plateformes SaaS (certifiées ISO-27001) et services cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Opérations Cloud & Infrastructure, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, l'évolution, la sécurisation et l'optimisation de nos infrastructures.

Vous interviendrez en priorité sur les projets et l’évolution de nos plateformes SaaS. L’expertise technique avancé représentera une part importante de votre activité, et l’infrastructure on-premise une part plus réduite.

Votre poste s'articulera autour de quatre grands axes :

1. Cloud & plateformes SaaS

Participer à l'exploitation et à l'évolution des infrastructures cloud hébergeant nos solutions logicielles :

· Cloud public : AWS, Microsoft Azure et Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

· Services cloud : machines virtuelles, stockage objet (S3), etc.

· Répartition de charge & sécurité applicative : F5 Distributed Cloud Services, Nginx, Load Balancers et WAF.

· Supervision & observabilité : Splunk pour la centralisation et l'analyse des logs.

2. Pilotage de projets IT

· Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers et techniques afin de proposer des solutions d'infrastructure adaptées.

· Accompagner la transformation progressive de nos infrastructures on-premise vers des environnements cloud et hybrides.

· Définir les standards techniques, documenter les architectures et formaliser les bonnes pratiques.

· Collaborer avec les équipes IT internationales et les différentes équipes techniques du groupe.

3. Expertise technique avancée

- Participer à l’implémentation de nouveaux projets (architecture, sécurité, …). - Intervenir en soutien technique avancé sur les incidents et demandes complexes, notamment réseau et sécurité, et contribuer à la performance, à la résilience et à la disponibilité de nos infrastructures.

4. Infrastructure & identités

Contribuer à l'administration, à l'optimisation et à l'évolution de nos infrastructures internes :

· Virtualisation / Stockage : VMware vSphere, baies SAN/NAS et infrastructures associées.

· Réseau : firewalls Fortinet, switches Cisco Meraki.

· Systèmes : environnements Windows Server et Linux.

· Identités & accès (IAM) : Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID.

· Sécurité opérationnelle : EDR SentinelOne, Trend Apex One, gestion des vulnérabilités avec Tenable Nessus.

Au-delà du maintien en conditions opérationnelles, vous proposerez et mettrez en œuvre les évolutions de notre infrastructure.

Le profil que nous recherchons

Indispensable

· Formation supérieure en informatique (Bac+5 idéalement) ou expérience équivalente,

· 5 ans d'expérience minimum en administration ou ingénierie d'infrastructures systèmes, réseaux et cloud,

· Solide maîtrise des environnements Windows/Linux, de la virtualisation et des réseaux,

· Expérience des infrastructures hybrides (on-premise et cloud public), Des compétences avancées sur au moins un des 3 CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP) ,

· Capacité à mener en autonomie des projets techniques et à analyser des problématiques complexes,

· Pratique du scripting (PowerShell, Bash) et intérêt pour l'automatisation,

· Anglais professionnel pour échanger à l’écrit et à l’oral avec nos équipes internationales.

Apprécié

· Connaissance de F5, Splunk,

· Connaissances d'outils de sécurité (EDR, gestion des vulnérabilités),

· Connaissances de Docker.

Autonome, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'analyse, vous aimez travailler en équipe.

Curieux(se) et force de proposition, vous aimez autant résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes que concevoir de nouvelles architectures.
