Over ons

Automatic Signal is het oudste technisch beveiligingsbedrijf in Nederland. Veel van de beveiligingscomponenten die tegenwoordig worden gebruikt, zijn ooit door de oprichter zelf ontwikkeld. Opdrachtgevers zijn vaak ook al jarenlang klant. Dat komt omdat wij service en maatwerk op de eerste plaats zetten en net zo lang doorgaan tot het project goed functioneert en de klant tevreden is. Wij beseffen elke dag weer welke risico’s onze opdrachtgevers lopen en wij doen er alles aan om hen daartegen te beschermen. Met maatwerkinstallaties en een focus op ICT en cyberveiligheid bedienen we een scala aan bijzondere klanten, waaronder gemeentelijke en landelijke overheden, musea, bedrijven, instellingen en particulieren.

Wat ga je doen?

Je zorgt voor tijdige bestellingen en garandeert dat technici zonder vertraging hoogwaardige installaties kunnen bouwen. Bij onvoorziene omstandigheden ben jij het aanspreekpunt en los je de problemen met souplesse en creativiteit op.

Belangrijkste taken:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor gestroomlijnde voorbereiding van werkzaamheden.
  • Zorgen voor tijdige bestellingen om vertraging bij technici te voorkomen.
  • Aanspreekpunt bij onvoorziene omstandigheden.
  • Oplossingsgericht handelen met souplesse en creativiteit.
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken en ondersteuning bij projectrapportages.
  • Gebruik van ERP-systeem Syntess voor efficiënte afhandeling.
  • Betrokkenheid bij revisie en archivering van projecten.
  • Overzicht en rust bewaren en juiste ondersteuning bieden aan projectleiders.
  • Aandragen van verbetervoorstellen voor een efficiënter proces.
  • Hbo denk- en werkniveau.
  • Je hebt een een proactieve werkhouding.
  • Je kunt goed anticiperen.
  • Ruime ervaring als (senior) Werkvoorbereider, affiniteit met beveiligingstechniek.
  • Vijf tot tien jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in een projectmatige omgeving.
  • Verbindend karakter en flexibiliteit, met het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren, zelfs in hectische situaties.

  • Het salaris varieert tussen €3.000,- en €4.500,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en kwalificaties. Bovendien worden jaarlijkse bonussen toegekend op basis van bedrijfsresultaten.
  • Wij begrijpen het belang van een goede werk-privébalans, daarom bieden we een werkweek van 38 uur.
  • 25 vakantiedagen, het bijkopen van vakantiedagen is mogelijk.
  • Een solide pensioenvoorziening via PMT pensioenfonds.
