ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive and organized NYSC Corps Member to join our team as an HR NYSC Intern. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day Human Resources and recruitment activities while gaining practical experience in a professional work environment. This opportunity is open to serving Corps Members, whether they currently have a PPA or not. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing activities. • Review and screen CVs based on specified job requirements. • Support interview scheduling and candidate communication. • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and employee records. • Assist with onboarding and documentation processes. • Support the HR team with administrative and employee-related tasks. • Prepare recruitment reports and other HR-related documents when required. • Assist with posting job vacancies across relevant platforms. • Follow up with candidates and maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process. • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Requirements • Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member. • Corps Members with or without a PPA are eligible to apply. • Must reside in or around Gbagada, Lagos, or within a reasonable commuting distance. • Must be able to report to the office once a week. • Must have access to a personal laptop, as a laptop will NOT be provided. • Must have reliable internet access. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage. • Prior HR or recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory. WORK ARRANGEMENT The role is primarily remote, with a mandatory requirement to report to the office once a week in Gbagada, Lagos.
