This is an opportunity to help define the future of identity security in an environment investing in AI, automation, and modern cybersecurity capabilities. You'll have the chance to shape strategy, influence technology direction, and build next-generation security capabilities in one of the most rapidly evolving areas of cybersecurity.

We are looking for an innovative engineering leader with a passion for solving complex identity security challenges. Someone who understands that AI identities, workload identities, and non-human identities are becoming the dominant identity population in modern enterprises and represent a rapidly evolving security frontier.

This role combines strong technical expertise with strategic leadership, helping organizations securely adopt emerging technologies while building scalable governance, reducing risk, and enabling business innovation.

As the Manager of AI, Workload & Non-Human Identity Security, you will lead the strategy, governance, and security of one of the fastest-growing identity domains in the enterprise.

You will be responsible for securing AI identities, workload identities, service accounts, machine credentials, privileged access, secrets, and certificates while helping shape the future of identity security across cloud, automation, and AI-enabled environments.

Working across Cybersecurity, Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture teams, you will define and implement modern identity security capabilities that reduce risk, strengthen trust, and enable innovation.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the strategy and governance for AI identities, workload identities, and non-human identities (NHI).
  • Drive enterprise programs for Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM), and machine credential governance.
  • Establish standards for authentication, authorization, secrets management, certificate management, and machine-to-machine trust.
  • Define governance models for AI agents, delegated authority, autonomous workflows, and emerging AI-enabled technologies.
  • Partner with engineering and application teams to modernize identity controls and reduce reliance on long-lived credentials.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative approaches for non-human identity discovery, governance, risk reduction, and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor emerging identity threats, technology trends, and industry best practices related to AI security, machine identities, and identity-centric security.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership experience in IAM, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Platform Security, or Enterprise Cybersecurity.
  • Strong expertise in non-human identities, workload identities, privileged access, machine credentials, and identity governance.
  • Experience with PAM, PKI, secrets management, certificate lifecycle management, and identity security controls.
  • Understanding of modern authentication and authorization technologies, including OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), API security, and policy-based access controls.
  • Experience developing security standards, governance frameworks, and risk management programs in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of identity-based threats, credential abuse, privilege escalation, and identity attack paths.
  • Proven ability to influence technical strategy and partner effectively across engineering, architecture, and cybersecurity organizations.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing technical teams.

Top Candidates Will Have:

  • CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent industry certifications.
  • Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, HashiCorp Vault, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM), Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), or identity risk management capabilities.
  • Experience securing AI agents, agentic workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled business solutions.
  • Familiarity with emerging Non-Human Identity (NHI), AI Identity Security, and Machine Identity Security platforms.
  • Experience implementing innovative solutions for:
  • o Non-human identity discovery and governance
  • o Service account lifecycle management
  • o Secrets and certificate governance

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
