Für unser Large Power Systems Team am Standort Kiel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Commercial Clerk Inventory (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung der täglichen, wöchentlichen, monatlichen sowie jährlichen Inventurprozesse.
  • Sicherstellung der Bestandsgenauigkeit durch regelmäßige Bestandskontrollen und Abweichungsanalysen.
  • Etablierung, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung von Kontrollprozessen zur nachhaltigen Sicherstellung der Inventurqualität und Bestandsintegrität.
  • Analyse von Bestandsdifferenzen sowie Erarbeitung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Korrektur- und Präventionsmaßnahmen.
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen, Berichte und Kennzahlenanalysen für das Management und relevante Fachbereiche.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Produktion, Einkauf, Finance und weiteren Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung korrekter Bestandsführung.
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits sowie Bereitstellung inventurrelevanter Dokumentationen.
  • Unterstützung bei weiteren kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft sowie Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben im Bereich Bestandsmanagement.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen zur Verbesserung der Transparenz und Effizienz innerhalb der Lager- und Bestandsverwaltung.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bestandsmanagement, Lagerverwaltung, Inventur oder kaufmännischer Logistik wünschenswert.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel.
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zahlen und Prozesse.
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, bereichsübergreifend zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Gute Deutsch- und idealerweise Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Reisebereitschaft von 10% innerhalb Schleswig-Holsteins
