Resumen del puesto: Contribuirá al cumplimiento de nuestros estándares de calidad mediante la inspección, análisis y seguimiento de materiales, procesos y productos.

Esta posición trabajará de manera cercana con los equipos de manufactura para identificar problemas de calidad, analizar sus causas y apoyar la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.

Lo que harás:

  • Analizar datos de calidad e identificar no conformidades en materiales, procesos y productos.
  • Realizar análisis de sistemas de medición, recopilando, analizando y comunicando información relacionada con no conformidades.
  • Trabajar junto con los equipos de manufactura para identificar la causa raíz de problemas de calidad.
  • Dar seguimiento a la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Investigar y apoyar la resolución de problemas de calidad relacionados con materiales comprados, productos terminados, materiales en proceso y materiales entre plantas.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación asociada al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (QMS).
  • Coordinar programas y actividades de capacitación relacionados con Calidad.

Habilidades que tendrás:

  • Precisión y atención al detalle: Capacidad para realizar tareas con un alto nivel de precisión e identificar actividades que requieren especial atención a los detalles.
  • Colaboración: Capacidad para trabajar de manera constructiva con diferentes personas, equipos, funciones y niveles de la organización para alcanzar objetivos comunes.
  • Toma de decisiones y pensamiento crítico: Capacidad para analizar situaciones e información, identificar problemas y contribuir a una toma de decisiones efectiva.
  • Comunicación efectiva: Capacidad para transmitir, recibir e interpretar ideas, información y necesidades de manera clara y efectiva.
  • Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad: Capacidad para adaptarse a cambios, nuevos desafíos y diferentes formas de trabajo.
  • Procesos de manufactura: Conocimiento general de los procesos, áreas y actividades asociadas a un entorno de manufactura.
  • Resolución de problemas: Capacidad para identificar y analizar problemas, comprender sus posibles causas y evaluar alternativas de solución.
  • Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (QMS): Conocimiento general de los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y su aplicación para documentar procesos y apoyar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de clientes y normativas.

Requerimientos Basicos:

  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería.
  • Inglés nivel intermedio.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en áreas de Calidad y/o Procesos.
  • Conocimiento de APQP y Core Tools.
  • Conocimiento de CQMS (Caterpillar Quality Management System).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos (mañana, tarde o noche) cuando alguna situación especial lo requiera.
