We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.

The campus combines advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and continuous improvement practices to deliver high-quality products essential to the performance and reliability of Caterpillar equipment and industrial applications.

Caterpillar is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to lead our Menominee Campus.

Are you a transformational manufacturing leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering results that matter?

As the senior site leader, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of a campus that combines coupling manufacturing, hose assembly, warehousing, and distribution operations. Leading approximately 500 employees and a team of 10 direct reports across operations, quality, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain, you will set the vision, inspire performance, and drive continuous improvement across every aspect of the business.

This role is responsible for delivering results in Safety, Quality, Velocity, Cost, People Development, and Customer Satisfaction while creating an environment where employees can grow, innovate, and do their best work. You will influence site strategy, champion transformation initiatives, and build a culture defined by accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and operational excellence.

If you are passionate about manufacturing leadership, developing people, and leading meaningful change, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

  • Lead all aspects of Menominee Campus operations, including coupling manufacturing, hose assembly, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute the site's strategic vision and long-term operational plans to support business growth, customer demand, capacity requirements, inventory optimization, and cost competitiveness.
  • Drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, customer service, employee engagement, and operational performance through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team, strengthening organizational capability, succession planning, talent development, and accountability at every level.
  • Champion a Safety-Driven culture where employees are empowered to identify risks, solve problems, and continuously improve the work environment while maintaining compliance with environmental, labor, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Lead digital transformation, automation, capital investment strategies, and data-driven initiatives that improve productivity, enhance decision-making, increase capacity, and position the facility for future growth.
  • Partner with business unit leaders, customers, suppliers, community stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business results, manage risk, and ensure operational continuity.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning while promoting Caterpillar's values and commitment to excellence in everything we do.

Why This Role Matters

The Menominee Campus plays a critical role in supporting Caterpillar customers around the world. As Facility Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence the future of manufacturing, lead large-scale transformation initiatives, develop the next generation of leaders, and make a lasting impact on the success of the business, the site, and the people who work there.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
