Sobre a vaga: Buscamos um profissional dinâmico, atento e proativo para integrar nossa equipe de segurança corporativa. O objetivo principal da função é zelar pela segurança patrimonial da fábrica, garantir a integridade física de colaboradores e visitantes, e monitorar os processos operacionais de controle de acesso.

Perfil da vaga / Atividades:

- Realizar rondas preventivas internas, externas e perimetrais (motorizadas ou a pé). - Inspecionar as instalações da fábrica com foco na prevenção e correção de irregularidades. - Operar, monitorar e auditar sistemas de controle de acesso, alarmes e CFTV. - Executar serviços especiais de vigilância e atuar na segurança de eventos internos.

- Controle de Acesso e Fluxo - Controlar a entrada e saída de funcionários, prestadores de serviço, visitantes, clientes e fornecedores. - Gerenciar o fluxo de veículos industriais e realizar revistas em pessoas e automóveis sempre que necessário. - Operar o sistema de pesagem da balança rodoviária, seguindo rigorosamente os procedimentos preestabelecidos.

- Comunicação e Registro - Realizar a passagem de turno, inteirando-se das ocorrências anteriores e das ações direcionadas pela liderança. - Prestar atendimento telefônico ágil, mantendo o padrão e a cordialidade corporativa. - Registrar ocorrências com clareza, precisão e detalhamento técnico nos sistemas da área. - Alimentar e consultar informações em ferramentas digitais (e-mail, sistemas de bombeiros e planilhas).

- Pronto-Atendimento e Conformidade - Prestar o primeiro atendimento a vítimas de acidentes e ou emergências e conduzir o socorro médico (incluindo a operação de ambulância, se necessário). - Acionar a equipe de Segurança do Trabalho ao identificar condições de risco à integridade física das pessoas. - Cumprir integralmente as políticas, normas e procedimentos da empresa voltados à qualidade, meio ambiente, saúde e segurança (SGI). - Executar demais demandas correlatas e inerentes ao escopo da função.

Qualificações básicas:

Formação: Ensino Médio completo

Certificações: Curso de formação e especialização de vigilantes (reciclagem em dia) e CNH B

Informática: Domínio do Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Candidatos(as) em destaque devem ter:

- Inglês avançado

- Formação de Bombeiro Civil Industrial

- Excel avançado e conhecimento em Power BI
