The posting

Rattaché(e) au Production Compliance Manager, l'Expert Conformité en Production participe au maintien de la conformité des activités de production aux exigences GMP et réglementaires. Il/elle est l’investigateur principal des déviations du service production. Il/elle contribue également à l'identification, à la mise en œuvre et au suivi d'actions d'amélioration continue permettant d'optimiser les processus de fabrication et d'accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Missions:

  • Préparer et participer aux inspections clients et autorités en production (PAI : pre approval inspection), en relation avec le département qualité
  • Réaliser des déviations, CAPA, change control et investigations de FNC
  • Piloter les analyses de risque en lien avec la production
  • Réaliser la Gestion et les analyses de tendance (pour OPV)
  • Réaliser et formaliser la préparation des encadrements production des arrêts techniques
  • Déployer des initiatives liées à la culture GMP au sein du département : modifications internes, réglementaires
  • Assurer la communication des écarts, modifications, changement, déviation, réclamation avec les équipes terrains
  • Gérer la documentation production
  • Participer à la mise en place d’actions d’amélioration en animant des ateliers d’amélioration et en suivant les actions identifiées.

Expériences:

  • Minimum bac+2
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la production stérile / aseptique (activités de fabrication / remplissage / inspection et conditionnement).
  • Maitrise de l'anglais
  • Connaître les processus de production
  • Connaître les procédés pharmaceutiques et qualité
  • Connaître les BPF
  • Connaître les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
  • Avoir des notions en amélioration continue
