The role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and prioritising the preparation and issuance of invoices.
  • Handling invoice-related queries and coordinating with clients to resolve them efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer ledger records.
  • Supporting general office and accounting tasks as required.
  • Staying informed on relevant legal and regulatory updates.
  • Ensuring all assigned deadlines are consistently met.
  • Delivering a high standard of service to clients.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of an Advanced Level qualification in Accountancy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills in both Maltese and English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
