Job Description: Lehigh House LTSR is where clinical work actually means something. We run an integrated residential program for Community Behavioral Health consumer living with serious mental illness, people who need real sustained support, in a community setting instead of a hospital bed. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm Saturday, Sunday: 8:00am-4:00pm 40 hours a week, full time What You Will Do:
Carry a caseload of eight residents Conduct various therapy groups Conduct individual therapy and documentation throughout the week Co-facilitate clinical meetings as directed Assess prospective residents for admission and write reports and recommendations Visit residents when hospitalized and write reassessments and recommendations Participate in therapeutic outings in community with activity therapists Participate in monthly utilization review meetings Weekly supervision with Associate Director Participate in LTSR task force meetings with OMH Attending weekly treatment team meetings Consult with Associate Director, ICM(s), and resident family members regarding clinical and residential issues Complete all documentation required by City, State, and program guidelines All other duties as assigned by supervisor
What You Will Need: A master’s degree in one of the social sciences, plus real psychiatric experience that includes group therapy and a valid driver’s license. Preferred Skills:

Physical Demands:
