Lehigh House is where clinical work means something. We run a 16-bed Long-Term Structured Residence and Partial Hospitalization Program for adults living with serious mental illness: people who need real, sustained support in a community setting instead of a hospital bed. As Primary Therapist, you’ll lead care for a caseload of eight residents, your clinical judgment will carry weight, and your relationships with residents will build over time. At a Glance Pay $26.00 per hour Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 8am to 4pm Status Full-time, 40 hours a week Caseload Eight residents Location 1019 W. Lehigh Avenue, Philadelphia What You’ll Do
Provide individual therapy and run therapy groups throughout the week Build and update treatment plans with each resident on your caseload Assess prospective residents for admission, and visit hospitalized residents to complete reassessments Coordinate care with the Associate Director, ICMs, families, hospitals, and partner agencies Join treatment team meetings, weekly supervision, utilization review, OMH task force meetings, and community outings with residents
What You Bring
A master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or another social science At least two years of psychiatric experience with adults living with serious mental illness, including group therapy Availability every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Strong documentation, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to work as part of a treatment team
