På Catena utvecklar, äger och förvaltar vi långsiktigt hållbara logistikfastigheter med visionen att länka Nordens godsflöden. Är du på jakt efter en praktikplats där du får uppleva en dynamisk och växande organisation?

Just nu välkomnar vi en student som vill göra sin LIA-period hos oss i Region Syd, där vi har kontor i Arlöv och Helsingborg.

Om praktikperioden

Som LIA-elev hos oss blir du en del av vårt team och får följa det dagliga arbetet inom fastighetsförvaltning. Du får möjlighet att lära känna både den kommersiella och tekniska förvaltningen och se hur de olika delarna samverkar för att utveckla våra fastigheter och skapa långsiktiga relationer med våra hyresgäster.

Du kommer att arbeta nära våra kollegor och få möjlighet att omsätta dina teoretiska kunskaper i praktiken.

Under din praktik kommer du bland annat att få:

  • Få inblick i både kommersiell och teknisk fastighetsförvaltning
  • Vara med i kontakten och dialogen med våra hyresgäster
  • Få förståelse för hyresrelaterade och kommersiella frågor
  • Följa arbetat med våra fastigheter ut ett tekniskt perspektiv.
  • Vara med i det löpande arbetar kring drift och underhåll av våra fastigheter.
  • Stötta teamet i olika uppgifter kopplade till förvaltningen
  • Arbeta nära erfarna kollegor och bygga värdefull erfarenhet och kontakter inför framtiden.

Hos oss får du möjlighet att skapa dig en bred bild av fastighetsförvaltning, där teknik, affär och relationen med våra hyresgäster hänger ihop.

Om dig

Detta är en möjlighet för dig som går en eftergymnasial utbildning där LIA eller annan praktik ingår, gärna med inriktning mot fastighetsförvaltning, fastighetsteknik, kommersiell förvaltning eller motsvarande.

För att trivas hos oss tror vi att du är nyfiken, engagerad och har ett intresse för fastigheter, teknik och affärer. Du tycker om att ha kontakt med människor, delar med dig av din kunskap och är inte rädd för att hjälpa till där det behövs.

Praktiken genomförs inom vår Region Syd, med kontor i Arlöv och Helsingborg. Du kommer att få möjlighet att arbeta nära kollegor inom olika delar av förvaltningen och på så sätt få en bred förståelse för hur vi arbetar med våra fastigheter.

Vi arbetar vanliga kontorstider, måndag till fredag, men anpassar såklart praktikperioden efter dina studier och eventuella dagar du behöver vara på plats i skolan.

Vi söker främst efter någon som har praktik från mars/april till juni.
