Om tjänsten

På ekonomiavdelningen i Helsingborg arbetar ett erfaret team om 12 personer med djup bolags- och fastighetskompetens. Avdelningen befinner sig i en spännande digitaliseringsresa och har nyligen tagit klivet in i molnbaserade lösningar med AI-stöd för leverantörsfakturor. För att ta nästa steg, optimera våra arbetssätt och fullt ut realisera systemens potential söker vi nu en nyckelperson som vill äga, förvalta och driva automatiseringen av leverantörs- och kundreskontraprocesserna.

Som Systemekonom har du ett övergripande funktionsansvar för att hantera det dagliga flödet, optimera och kvalitetssäkra våra digitala leverantörs- och kundreskontraflöden (AP/AR). Fokus i rollen ligger på att hantera inkommande fakturor, viss kundfakturering, attestflöden och avvikelsehantering samt att förstå bakomliggande systemlogik, minimera manuella moment och säkerställa att systemen arbetar för verksamheten.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innebär att

  • Hantera flödena i leverantörsreskontraprocessen inklusive påminnelser, betalningar, felhantering samt rollen som systemadministratör.
  • Driva systemutveckling och underhåll; Rillion flödesförslag, automatkontering, avtalsfakturor och utveckling av AI-robot.
  • Ansvara för grunddata i leverantörsreskontran i systemen (Rillion och ekonomisystem).
  • Analysera och förbättra AP- och AR-processen: identifiera flaskhalsar, felsökningar och manuella steg som kan automatiseras.
  • Standardisera, dokumentera och implementera rutiner.
  • Samarbeta med alla avdelningar inom koncernen och även våra utländska dotterbolag gällande utbildning i systemet, onboarding, frågor och deadlines.
  • Följa upp Rillion Analytics: rapportera och utvärdera utvecklingen i arbetet.
  • Vara delaktig i vidareutvecklingen av avdelningens digitala arbetssätt och systemrutiner.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har praktisk erfarenhet av eller god insyn i processerna på en ekonomiavdelning, gärna inom leverantörs- och kundreskontra, kontering eller fakturahantering.
  • Besitter ett starkt intresse och en genuin nyfikenhet för IT-system, systemlogik och digitala arbetssätt. Du gillar att förstå hur saker hänger ihop bakom användargränssnittet.
  • Motiveras av att utforska systemens möjligheter och hitta smarta, automatiserade arbetssätt.
  • Är obehindrad i svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift.

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Förståelse för det danska språket, då koncernen har verksamhet i Danmark.

Arbetat sker på plats på kontoret för att möjliggöra nära samarbeta med teamet och verksamheten.
