About This Position

Muskegon Catholic Central is seeking a dedicated and flexible educator to join our team on an as-needed, part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about student learning and committed to supporting a faith-based educational environment.

Qualifications

-Strong understanding of child development and current educational theories and practices -Minimum of sixty (60) college credit hours completed -Effective teaching and organizational skills -Patience, flexibility, and adaptability -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Commitment to staying current with educational trends and best practices -Practicing Catholic preferred -Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required

Reports To PK–5 / 6–12 Principal

Essential Functions

-Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction -Plan and organize instructional materials and classroom resources -Analyze student data to guide instructional decisions -Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners -Maintain effective classroom management -Collaborate with administrators and school staff -Adhere to all teaching standards, policies, and safety regulations
