This is an exciting opportunity for a faith-filled Catholic educator to lead a close-knit Reception to Year 9 school, where relationships matter, leadership is visible and the Principal has the opportunity to make a genuine difference to students, families and the wider community. About the School St Joseph’s School is a co-educational Reception to Year 9 Catholic school located in Peterborough, approximately 250 kilometres north of Adelaide. Grounded in the spirituality and legacy of St Mary MacKillop and the Josephite tradition, the school provides a welcoming and personalised Catholic education where every child is known, valued and encouraged to flourish. The school’s vision is to educate “thriving people, capable learners and leaders for the world God desires”, with a strong commitment to providing every student with the opportunity to develop to their full potential. With current enrolments of approximately 73 students, St Joseph’s is a small and growing school with strong connections to families, parish and its local community. About the Role As Principal, you will nurture the Catholic identity and Josephite tradition of St Joseph’s while leading a strong culture of learning, wellbeing, inclusion and community. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, relational and authentic leader who wants to be part of the everyday life of their school. About You We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

A commitment to Catholic education and faith leadership Strong contemporary educational leadership and a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning The capacity to lead and develop an engaging Reception to Year 9 learning environment A highly relational, visible and genuine approach to leadership The ability to build trusted partnerships with students, staff, families, parish and the wider community A commitment to student and staff growth, inclusion and wellbeing Strategic thinking and sound stewardship to support the school’s continued growth and development

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
