The posting

Cato Networks is the converged network and security cloud for the AI era.

As AI reshapes cybersecurity, enterprises face a dual challenge: unlocking AI’s potential while defending against AI-driven attacks. Cato addresses both through a unified, cloud-native platform, providing the visibility and context to prioritize risks and stop threats in real time across users, applications, data, and AI agents.

Join us as we scale: take on ambitious technological challenges and shape the next generation of enterprise security at a company trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide.

We are looking for a Solutions Enablement Manager to help our sales and channel team understand and confidently position Cato’s products and solutions. Reporting to the Director, Sales Enablement, you will be part of the Sales Enablement team and partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to turn product knowledge into practical training and content for our Commercial Account Executives, Sales Directors, and our Channel team members.

You will serve as the Sales Enablement team’s subject matter expert on our solutions, staying current on the product roadmap and helping sellers understand what is changing, why it matters to customers, and how it fits into our broader offering. You will support new product launches, ongoing enhancements, and product refreshers, while working with regional Sales Enablement Leads to deliver relevant training across regions. You should be comfortable learning how our solutions work and helping sellers understand what they do, where they fit, and why they matter to customers. The focus is on helping sellers position our solutions, rather than technical implementation

What you'll will do...

  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to stay current on the roadmap and determine what sellers need to know, how new capabilities fit into existing offerings, and when enablement is needed
  • Develop and maintain training and content for product launches, enhancements, and refreshers for sales and Channel teams, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with Product Marketing messaging
  • Keep product learning current across onboarding and ongoing enablement, updating or retiring materials as our solutions evolve
  • Serve as the Sales Enablement team’s go-to resource for product and solution knowledge, helping regional Enablement Leads prepare for training and answer seller questions
  • Work with regional Sales Enablement Leads to deliver training, adapt materials to regional needs, and equip them to facilitate sessions
  • Use seller feedback, knowledge checks, and content engagement data to identify gaps and improve training. Share recurring questions and field insights with Product and Product Marketing

What you'll need..

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Enablement, product enablement or a related role, with experience developing product and solution training focused for sales audiences
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear explanations of customer challenges, business value, and practical sales conversations. Help sellers understand relevant use cases, ask effective discovery questions, and address common objections
  • Experience partnering with Product and Product Marketing to support launches and keep training aligned with product changes and approved messaging
  • Strong content development and presentation skills, with experience facilitating engaging training for sales teams and equipping others to deliver it
  • Ability to build relationships across teams globally, manage multiple enablement priorities, and deliver content and training against changing release timelines
  • Experience using learner feedback and training data to identify knowledge gaps and improve learning effectiveness.

Bonus Qualifications...

  • Familiarity with the security or IT networking space.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
