  • Serve as a strategic operations partner to all portfolio companies by providing enterprise-wide operational support, conducting regular business visits, facilitating operational and performance reviews, identifying business improvement opportunities, and coordinating solutions that enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and overall business performance.
  • Support the design, review, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes, operating models, governance frameworks, policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational controls to drive consistency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence across the Group.
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, integration projects, and business-critical assignments, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, timely execution, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Monitor operational performance through the analysis of key business metrics, operational dashboards, and performance data, providing executive reports, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations that support informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and business growth.
  • Conduct operational assessments, business health checks, and process audits across portfolio companies to identify operational risks, performance gaps, efficiency opportunities, and improvement initiatives, while tracking the implementation of agreed action plans.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with portfolio company leadership and teams including Finance, People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and other business functions to resolve operational challenges, strengthen collaboration, and support the achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational governance frameworks and enterprise risk mitigation strategies that promote accountability, operational resilience, and sustainable business performance.
  • Facilitate executive meetings, operational reviews, strategic planning sessions, and business performance discussions by preparing presentations, reports, status updates, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
  • Championing a culture of operational excellence, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement by identifying best practices, leveraging technology and automation opportunities, driving process optimization, promoting knowledge sharing, and supporting change management initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, new business launches, and other corporate initiatives by providing operational coordination, implementation support, and post-integration performance monitoring where required.
  • Represent the Operations function in cross-functional projects and strategic engagements, ensuring operational considerations are embedded in business decisions and organizational initiatives across the Group.
  • Perform any other strategic operational, business improvement, portfolio support, or executive assignments as may be required by executive leadership to support the growth, sustainability, operational maturity, and long-term success of Cavista Holdings and its portfolio companies.

  • Master's degree (MBA or related field) is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, or similar are desirable.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Project Management, Consulting, or Operational Excellence.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
