Nous recrutons — Customer Advisor francophone | Grèce (sur site)

Notre entreprise internationale, spécialisée en support client, tech et marketing, recherche un Customer Advisor francophone basé en Grèce pour renforcer son équipe sur place.

Le poste

En tant que Customer Advisor, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients francophones tout au long de leur parcours. La relocation fait partie intégrante de votre périmètre : vous accompagnez les collaborateurs dans leur installation en Grèce et assurez un suivi personnalisé à chaque étape.

Vos responsabilités

Gestion de la relation client en français, accompagnement des demandes clients et des projets, et suivi de la satisfaction client.

Votre profil

Français langue maternelle ou bilingue, première expérience en relation client ou en RH (0 à 2 ans), sens du service, organisation et aisance relationnelle. Une connaissance de la Grèce ou une expérience à l'international est un plus.
