Votre rôle :

Assurer le support clientèle via téléphone, email et chat

Fournir un service client professionnel et de qualité

Travailler dans une équipe multiculturelle et dynamique

Utiliser différents outils de communication et de support

Ce que nous offrons :

1200€ brut/mois + bonus de performance (14 salaires/an, rémunération compétitive adaptée au coût de la vie en Grèce)

25 jours de congés annuels

Tickets restaurant de 50€ par mois

Temps plein : 40h/semaine

Possibilité de télétravail selon les conditions du projet

Support administratif pour les candidats venant de l'étranger

Hébergement temporaire à l'arrivée pour les candidats relocalisés

Localisation : Athènes, Grèce

Horaires : Lundi au Dimanche entre 09h00 et 00h00 (shifts rotatifs)

Conditions requises :

Français courant + bon niveau d'anglais

Citoyenneté européenne OU permis de travail avec accès complet au marché du travail

Les candidats relocalisés doivent être présents à Athènes avant le début du contrat pour les démarches administratives
