This is an opportunity to build experience across customer experience, technology, digital advertising, and B2B support — without needing to be a technical specialist.

English-speaking role

Rotating shifts | Monday–Sunday, 06:00–00:00

€1,227.32 total monthly package

You'll receive 15 working days of structured training covering the products, tools, customer management, and your responsibilities. Successful completion of training is compensated.

What You Get

  • €920 gross/month base salary

What You'll Do

  • Support businesses through live chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot advertising and product-related issues
  • Guide customers through digital advertising tools and features
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support
  • Identify recurring problems and help find solutions
  • Make outbound calls when needed to ensure issues are properly resolved
  • Help improve the overall customer experience

You'd Be a Great Fit If You

  • Speak English fluently
  • Have customer service, technical support, sales, or similar experience
  • Enjoy solving problems and explaining things clearly
  • Are comfortable learning new digital tools
  • Have strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Are curious about technology, social media, or digital advertising
  • Can work rotating schedules between 06:00 and 00:00, Monday–Sunday
