We are currently hiring a Customer Support Specialist with Polish and English to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you're based abroad, we'll support your relocation so you can start your new journey with us.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, ticketing system).
  • Assist with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify, assess, and respond to customer needs quickly and effectively.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and a positive user experience.

Who Were Looking For

  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle diverse customer needs.
  • No prior experience? Thats okay! If you bring the language skills and motivation, we will provide the training.
